Who We Are
Established in 2006 as a sole proprietorship, ZCS, Inc. is a public accounting firm that provides accounting, auditing, and financial consulting services to local government entities such as municipalities, fire protection districts, park districts, and other units of local government.
Our Firm
ZCS, Inc. was established expressly with our client's needs in mind. We value being able to "roll up our sleeves" and work hands-on with our clients. Firm Management
Calene (Kelly) M. Zabinski, MBA, CPA - Owner/Principal
Kelly Zabinski is a licensed CPA in good standing with the State of Illinois. She has over 20 years of extensive experience in the accounting, auditing, and financial consulting field, specifically to local government entities. She has worked as both a municipal auditor with large public accounting firms and as a Finance professional for a local municipality. Kelly serves on several committees with the Illinois Government Financial Officers Association and the Illinois CPA Society, and is a well-respected public speaker and instructor. Ms. Zabinski completed her undergraduate studies in Accounting and holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
